- 1 Sachet Vegan Way Protein Powder
- 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Banana
- 1 Cup Blueberries
- 3/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- Coconut Oil
INSTRUCTIONSTake a bowl, mash the blueberries and add the almond milk, honey, and coconut oil, then give it a quick whisk. Mix in the all-purpose flour, 1 sachet of Vegan Way protein powder and baking powder. Whisk again and then let the batter sit for 5 minutes. The pancake batter is ready.
Spray a flat pan with cooking oil and heat it up to medium heat. Add a small ladle of pancake batter. Cook it until the batter rises and the corners set, then flip it with a spatula. Cook the other side until it’s done. Repeat the same procedure for all the pancakes.
Your pancakes are ready, top them with more blueberries and drizzle with honey. Eat and enjoy!
