The Vegan Way Cookie

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Sachets Vegan Way Protein Powder 
  • 1 ½ Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ Cup Brown sugar
  • ¼ Cup Honey
  • ¼ Cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ Teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • Extra sea salt for topping
INSTRUCTIONS

Please note: Preheat oven to 350 F.

Put all the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, in a bowl and mix it to a thick consistency. Soon after, add chocolate chips and mix well.

Take a cookie tray and pour the batter into it, add a few chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 15 minutes.

Observe the cookies until they start to turn crisp at the edges, but should be softer in the middle. Please Note: They will continue to cook as they cool down.
Let it cool down for 10 minutes.

Can make upto 20 cookies.
